How do I delete my account and data?

Send us an email at privacy@syrma.online with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

I can't open a shared address link. What do I do?

Make sure you have the Syrma app installed. If you're on Android, the link will open automatically. If it doesn't, try opening the link from within the app via the QR code scanner.

Is my location data stored permanently?

Only the location coordinates you explicitly save to an address entry are stored. We do not store your real-time or background location. You can delete any saved address at any time from within the app.

How do I report a bug?

Use the contact form above and select "Bug Report", or email support@syrma.online with a description of the issue and your device model and Android version.
